Description[]
A Tuskbeast is a creature in Conan Exiles on the Isle of Siptah. It resembles a rhino, but has four large tusks on its mouth and a small horn on its snout. Babies have small tusks, but they grow the other tusks when they reach adulthood. It also has brown fur on its flanks, belly and around the neck area.

Tuskbeasts are usually found in groups together with their young. If the player or a predator attacks a calf, the adults will defend it.
