Description

Cultivated in Stygia, the petals of this plant produce a brightly colored dye which the Stygians use for decorating ceremonial clothing and armor.

Notes

True Indigo is a harvestable herb in Conan Exiles.

Locations and Acquisition

True Indigo can be found naturally in Jungles and Desert areas near water, such as oasis's. True Indigo plant nodes stand out with a stem, leaves and branches that are a bright orange-yellow, with blue-colored berries dotted throughout. It is taller than it is wide and is small overall in size. These nodes are best harvested with a Sickle.

In the savanna biome:
- Oasis of Nekhet, north of Sepermeru, City of the Relic Hunters. Found in small groups in the green grassy areas near the palm trees.
In the desert biome at the striking lush green spots like:
- At the end of Priestking's Retreat.
- By the pond near Waterhole Outlook.
- The north of Muriela's Hope near the pond.
- On the opposite bank from the entrance to Weaver's Hollow.
- Note: Both the Muriela's Hope and Weaver's Hollow locations yielded no True Indigo after multiple visits and it's likely that this info is obsolete (May, 2023).
In the jungle biome at the following spots:
- In the swampy area south of the Ruined Outpost.
- North of the Eastern Barracks.
- Between Bay of Hulks and Wreck of the Wagtail and the path that leads up the mountain.
- Around Dagon's Claw.

It can also be grown in a planter using True Indigo Seeds.
