The Watcher Above is a warrior priest mini-boss of the Lemurians faction, clad in Lemurian Royal Armor and wielding an axe.
He has dedicated himself to safeguard the temple on top of The Sunken City.

- This boss deals a moderate amount of damage. He can apply
crippled and bleeding status effects. - He is accompanied by a Cultist of Dagon.
- The altar in front of him teaches the feat Ancient Lemurian Axe which requires the feat One-Handed Weapons Epic.
