At the entrance is one of Harlot's Journals, which allows you to learn the emote Spank. The artisan's recipe Skulltaker can be learned from interacting with a skull on a stick outside of the building.
Near a dancer on the left side is the Hastily Scrawled Note that allows you to learn Specialist Cooking I and IV.
The Settlement also contains a Lorestone.
