Description[]

The Scraps is one of four Child of Jhil caves in the Highlands biome, which include Bin-Yakin's Seal, Jhil's Roost and Lockstone Cave.

The entrance to The Scraps is marked by a Icon bonfire Bonfire on a path, east of The Great Dam and is guarded by Child of Jhil demons.

The nests on the cave floor can be harvested by hand for Icon ostrich feather Feathers.

The cave is the home to several Child of Jhil demons.

The Scraps connect internally to Jhil's Roost. The high ledges at the end of The Scraps overlook the bottom of Jhil's Roost, where the boss Fiend of Jhil is located.

Notes[]

The boss creature Fiend of Jhil here randomly drops one of the following:

This boss and those in the other caves in this area are also the only sources of Icon blood black Black Blood for crafting the Specialist Ammunition IV arrows.

Trivia[]

Jhil the merciless, the nighted god and king of the ravens is worshiped in southern Stygia by the Dafari, Ghanata, and their allied tribes. Jhil promises freedom for the strong and slavery for the weak. With this theology, Ghanata chiefs justify their use of slavery. Human sacrifice is strong in this religion. Those who praise Jhil are also known as the Children of Jhil. Jhil, like Gullah the gorilla god, is a son and lesser god to Jhebbal Sag. [1] [2]

Following the cave leads to a chamber with light coming down from a hole in the ceiling. This hole leads back up to the exiles lands, however midway up the hole the player will be killed by the curse wall.
