This is the location of The Archivist where you can learn to craft the Map Room.

- The Library of Esoteric Artifacts is also located here, and is accessible from the scroll shelves on the north-east side of the room (i.e. to the right of the Archivist).
- It is here that you can turn-in a
Fragment of Power for a random recipe 
Scroll.
