Little bit of help?
I made two potions on my improved firebowl cauldron, and when I tried to put it into my inventory, they just disappeared. Poof. So did the yellow lotus blossoms I had on me. Poof. I tried rechecking my inventory, to see if it was just a visual glitch, and nope, they were gone.
