Since you are gathering drop info, have you considered using
SetServerSetting NPCrespawnmultiplier 0.0000001
as a console command line?
You may have to leave the cell and return for it to work the first time, but it, in combination with
speeds up the process in admin mode.
You do such edit I didn't pay attention to the notification icon in the upper right. I came for make some cleaning and only see your msg.
No I didn't know this command, what does it do? Accelerate the spawn npc or slow it?
I'm looking for something like that indeed, for NPCs but also and especially for creatures. To slow them down. Sabertoothes and wolves felt in love with me. I may smell the minotaur with the containment... Too, it's hard to clean up a camp and find out that it's repopulating when it's at its entrance when you haven't reached the end yet.
And why not to slightly increase the pop of the elite creatures, from 2% to 4% for example.
Will these parameters be written in the server's configuration file or do I have to type them every time I start a game?

Immediate respawn when in admin mode, set it once per session. Also slomo 4 speeds things up. Beware, both affect the entire server. I use it in single player mode while invisible. slomo 0.3 is about right for me when taking pictures so I can have the server slowed down and get in front of the subject.
How do you do the slomo thing?
I play only in singleplayer mode so, it's good for me.
Same as the respawn change, use tilde ~ to open the command console and type in slomo x.x
smaller than 1.0 slows the world; larger speeds it up. There are a number of setting you can find in the Admin Panel on the main menu that will help also. If you were in Discord, I could point them out :P Play around, the worst you can do is set your computer on fire :)
Hi, Yoyo. As an opener, I am aware you do research on the changes you make and have been impressed with the validity and number of your edits, thank you. Due to your Wiki reputation and my normal aversion to undoing edits, I also did extensive tests on the reptilian armor issue prior to my changes, so my only conclusion is there is something different in our test process.
Let me define how mine went; please see if there are any differences that could possibly account for the results:
Tested single player and online private which I do not own, but also administrate. No mods on either, completely vanilla. No testing was done on officials.
The below were reproduced on both.
Tested both the basic armorer's bench and the improved version:
Spawned in the appropriate thralls as domesticated, installed, and filtered the recipes to 'rep'
Once I saw the recipe (above the line), spawned in the appropriate materials and produced 1 glove for each test (producing all 5 pieces seemed overkill, but I did craft one Epic Flawless Reptilian Chestpiece)
All were successful.
Thralls used: name and ID (from the devkit and/or the Wiki)
Name | ID
Siesse Blacktongue | Votaries_Armorer_4
Kushite Armorer III | Votaries_Armorer_3 (chosen because he shares faction with the above)
I did not test any others and in the revision inserted 'specific' T3 armorers. As you know, many armorer recipes are faction-specific; some are race-specific, but not this one.
Got any idea what was different between the tests? If you need more information, just ask here and I will gladly provide.
Again, thanks for the edits and the attention to this anomaly.
PS: Please join Discord, you have a lot of experience and knowledge that others could benefit from. We could also share screenshots to help in troubleshooting.
I apologize, it's all my fault.
Your corrections made me doubt so I retested with all the armourers (a lots) but the recipe was still not accessible, so I deduced that you had perhaps confused with the epic version, or that you had a pirate or old version.
Following your mail, I finally found the answer, the Conqueror Plate Armour mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1386238195). It took me a good hour to find it. Indeed, it's quite old and in the recent comments, some people talk about the "crocodile armor". There is now no more doubt.
I'm sorry to have made you do extra tests unnecessarily and extended editions, the questioning of mods didn't appear to me to be possible right away.
In the coming hours, I will correct the pages in question, it's the least I can do to apologize.
Concerning the Discord, as I said to I don't know who, I'm not a fan of this messenger at all. I have a lot of trouble with services that trade on their users; this is also the case with Forge, but it's the only wiki that's worth it. The second problem is that English is not my mother tongue and I have a hard time finding my words and shaping my thoughts in this language. If I had more fluency and vocabulary, I would write entire articles on the wiki. What's happening on Discord?
Is there any planning? Discussion about layout?
Well found, my friend ! Mods can play havoc with things that do not seem to be associated at all and sometimes quite hard to find, although the modders do their best.
As far as my time goes, no problem at all. I'm retired and the wiki is somewhere between fun and hobby. I actually enjoyed tracking down what I could and presenting it as concisely as possible.
Your fluency and vocabulary are fine and your attention to detail is impressive. Again, thanks for the edits !
The Conan Exiles discord has been rather quiet today, but all sorts of conversations, split into channels, happen there. We work out various approaches and solve problems about the wiki in one particular channel and usually play in the others (my perspective). There is a ton of valuable information via links and direct communication, and the devs drop in every once in a while so we can rib them about drinking too much coffee. Building screenshots, character screenshots, links to relative and informative (and funny) media, customization, it's all there.
Did I mention it's both free and ad-free? I had to look hard to find a place where I could give them money; they never ask. Think of it as a combination of the best of all the chat interfaces you've ever seen, then add stuff they never thought about.
Also be aware that it is populated by people whose native language covers most of the countries in the world, so worry not about anything close to strict english, all are welcome and even though sometimes difficult to read, the intent gets across.
If you choose to try it out, there are a few things (administrative, like getting your roles to show with your selected icon) that I can offer help with. Just DM me by clicking on my icon, jim1, I'm all over the place.
Also, if it does not suit you, leaving the server and quitting discord is an easy process, but I suspect you would enjoy it.
Again, well found !
Yoyo, ALWAYS Purge Cache after you edit a page with cargo queries; otherwise, the pull is formatted incorrectly and the next viewer(s) see a mess with no meaning. As always, thanks for the edits, they are spot on.
I usually do, but because of the cargo system, sometime, I don't know which pages call it so... Is there a way to purge cache to all of them in one shot?
Not that I am aware of, that would be a Testerle question, but I am developing a cargo-based Thrall system and have to do it a page at a time. View the page in source and ctrl-F for 'cargo' when the edit source is the focus. No 'cargo' = no problem. If there are any 'cargo's in the source, it needs to be purged before leaving, please.
Don't worry, I'll do ;)
Thanks :) Be aware that cargo-stores in the infobox that are modified may have downstream effects. To determine if the infobox contains a cargo-store, you have to look at the template in source edit. It's a brave new world ...
I'm pretty sure all of creatures info box have cargo stream, reason why I always purge cache on Creature page. But I can't know which page call this stream. Elite creature for exemple, I was not 'in this knowledge' (sorry, we'e got an expression in french -être au courant- and I don't know how to say it in english), was calling too this cargo stream. I learn it randomly but maybe, anothers pages could be affected.
I'm pretty sure there's a big shiny refresh cache button of all the wiki somewhere; it'd be more efficient to use it, or, create one.
Btw, why have you erases the sentence "From weakest to strongest....>...>..." faction order? I think it's a real good information for newbies. I saw that you've added some other faction, thank for that, I wasn't "au courant" ^^. But this line is particulary precious imo.
The reason I removed the "unimplemented creatures" list is because it is misinformation. The list is completely outdated and inaccurate. If you like the list, feel free to put it on your profile page for personal use, but it is very unhelpful to keep on the creature article.
I saw somes of them was implemented but it seems to me that it was not the case for somes others. White Rhino by exemple, is it implemented now?
The list is compiled by any creature articles that do not have the patch they were implemented listed on their infobox. A lot of creatures that are implemented don't have a patch listed, which is what causes the list to be inaccurate. At a quick glance, I'd estimate about 80% of the creatures on the list are implemented.

it looks like your latest addition to the wiki (Gilum’tun, Asuras Chosen) is not yet implemented. This named thrall is in the game data files but currently not associated to any spawn point. Please verify that all your data is not part of a mod before you add it to the wiki. Mod spawns should not be added to the main wiki. Thank you.
You may be right now that you're saying that. Indeed, Im' recently subscribe to the "Tier4 Thralls - Half Increased Spawn" from Multigun & Leeux and it appears a little time after that (I farm this spawn point and he had spawned two times). But in the description of the mod, it says that it increases Tier 4 named NPCs spawning and Tier 3 priest. Gilum’tun, Asuras Chosen is not in these categories. So I can't be really affirmative that it comes from the mod :/.
What do you think?
See the bonus section of the mod 'Tier4 Thralls - Half Increased Spawn'. Thats the source where 'Gilum’tun, Asuras Chosen' comes from (and other currently not spawning T4s).
Yep, I thought AsuraChosen was a tier 3 and was not concerned by this mod at the beginning.
No problem for me to revert some change on pages where this NPC appears; now the NPC page is done, all is good after all.
I notice there's a new Alchemist icon. I don't have the SDK so I can't add it to the wiki. Could you do that?
Nice to meet you!
