This recipe can either be learned from a journal lying on the ground near the top of the south stairs heading up to the Shrine of the Oracle, or from  Scroll (Skelos Cultist Master), which has a 50% chance to drop from T3 sorcerers, and a 75% chance to drop from T4 sorcerers.
