This foundation is designed to be a reinforced base for building siege engines that require stability as they are fired.
Siege engines require immense amounts of labor to craft and maintain. They are expensive to transport, and the working parts break often, requiring constant supervision.
It is undoubted, however, that beneath the gods themselves, they are one of the most powerful weapons available to any army.

The Siege Foundation is a building that can be crafted at Any carpenter's bench. Its only purpose is to serve as a base for the Siege Weapon Base. A mostly-leveled surface is required to place it.
