Much of humanity's earliest exercises in cunning and ingenuity came from staring at the water and devising an easier way to catch fish. Submersible cages made from wooden boards, and sometimes a mesh of metal, are employed in the pursuit of tasty shellfish.
Notes[]
- Shellfish Traps will NOT passively produce fish over time. They require bait. The better the bait, the more chances to get exotic or rare shellfish. They must be placed underwater.
- Queen Bees, Worker Bees, Handful of Insects and Fat Grub can be used for bait, to produce Unappetizing Shellfish, Savory Shellfish and Exotic Shellfish.
- Any shellfish in the Shellfish Trap will have a 90% reduced decay rate.
