The Sand Reaper Toxin Gland is one of the Resources in Conan Exiles.

Description

The Sand Reapers spit a venomous toxin that causes the skin to rot from the body on contact. Harvesting this toxin is a foolhardy but valuable undertaking.
Applying this toxin to specially prepared grooved blades allows precise delivery of the toxin to enemies in melee.
