The Relic Hunter Heros are Relic Hunter Treasure Seekers mini bosses (1 skull) that cannot be knocked unconscious or converted. When slain, they always drop 
Heart of a Hero. They also have a chance to drop a Legendary Weapon Repair Kit or a Legendary Armor Patch Kit. They can be found around the Unnamed City in addition to the Wine Cellar Dungeon and often share their spawn points with each other. The Heros include:
