The purple lotus plant, which grows in the southern swamps of Stygia, is a favorite weapon of sorcerers. The juice of the plant causes a temporary paralysis - a seemingly sorcerous effect that does not require the actual use of sorcery.

One wonders at the purpose of such a potion, because if all stories are to be believed, the juice of the purple lotus causes temporary paralysis. Why anyone would imbibe it willingly is unknown.

Notes

Drinking this potion grants Charisma and Follower Damage, but also causes cripple and applies the Drunk effect with each drink, followed shortly by a headache.

When you drink the potion, a wisp is created, which leads you to The Witch Queen.
