Description[]
Among the Picts, armor is often disdained for being cumbersome and noisy in the natural environment. But when clans go to war, they appoint a warchief to lead them in battle and to wear the ceremonial armor of war.
Often built from the bones of the fallen, imbued with the power of totems and animal spirits, this armor offers a level of protection rarely seen in the wilderness. And that is a necessary thing since the warchief will become a target in any battle.
The pinnacle of protection, heavy armor is a solid wall of defense against any type of attack, but the extreme weight requirements mean that the wearer must sacrifice mobility.
