For whom the Magian Vestments were originally crafted is lost to time, but their deceivingly strong weave and meticulous craftsmanship point to an advanced culture. The metal components of the mask, buckles, and rivets are of unknown origin and do not melt or even respond to the heat of a conventional forge. This mantle provides modest protection from sword or fang, but it does provide relief from cold, heat, and stinging sand.
