Behind the destroyed altar, lying in a basket without a body, is the head of Mek-kamoses, who teaches the emote By Set and the knowledge Acolyte of Set.
There are two Khitan Exiled Traders here who will sell an 
Ophidian Magi's Cache and 
Grand Ophidian Magi's Cache for 15 
Blood Crystals or the 
Severed Head of Kurak, respectively. Master Carver Huang can also be found here to learn Golem Constructor or purchase random golem components in exchange for 200 Blood Crystals.
The rest of the Khitan Exiles in the area are passive fighters.
The entrance portal to Kurak's Lair can be found on a rise to the left of the altar. It costs 30 Blood Crystals to activate.
Notes[]
- Do not touch the fire on the top of the temple, because that means instant death.
- The
Transportory Stone that leads to Kurak's Lair might not be able to be activated, even if the required Blood Crystals are inside the altar. This could happen if the player has not obtained the Tome of Kurak yet. - Activating the entrance to Kurak's Lair starts a ritual. The player that starts it will be inflicted with some light Corruption upon finishing it.
