- It allows the character to craft a
Decorative Metal skull at the 
Artisan Table.
How to obtain[]
- Additionally, this knowledge serves to categorize the recipes unlocked from Scrolls acquired when turning in Fragment of Power at the Archives in the Unnamed City.
- Recipes are provided randomly, but recipes you already know and recipe scrolls you are currently carrying are removed from the list of possibilities. Once you have learned a recipe, you will be prevented from being able to use that same type of scroll again.
