Language dictionaries

Language dictionaries are Relic Fragments that can teach feats governed by the Linguist category that allow one to be able to write notes in other languages that can only be read by other players who have also learned that same language.

As with the other Relic Fragment chests, they have a 30% spawn chance on a server restart and randomly take between 4 and 12 hours to respawn once looted.

There are a total of 29 languages, though Acheronian is gained through the Linguist feat itself, so it is automatically learned from any of the other 28 language dictionaries.
