Description

As masters of the slave trade, the strength and backbone of the Khari empire was the vast body of thralls captured from across the known world. The job of managing the slave legion fell to the overseers, a hard-hearted lot tasked with the messy business of motivating human chattle to serve, fight for, and often die in service of their masters.

In hot, arid climates, the mantle offers a modicum of chest and shoulder protection without the enclosing the wearer -- like an extremely small poncho.
