Description

Much of humanity's earliest exercises in cunning and ingenuity came from staring at the water and devising an easier way to catch fish. Submersible cages made from wooden boards, and sometimes a mesh of metal, are employed in the pursuit of tasty shellfish.

Notes

• It must be placed underwater and requires bait to work. The better quality of the bait, the better chance of catching higher quality shellfish.
•  Handful of Insects and  Fat Grub can be added for bait, to produce  Unappetizing Shellfish,  Savory Shellfish and  Exotic Shellfish, just like the  Shellfish Trap.
• Improved Shellfish Traps do not produce unique shellfish (there are none). To catch unique fish, use an  Improved Fish Trap.
• Any shellfish in the Improved Shellfish Trap will have a 90% reduced decay rate.
• The recipe can be learned from a recipe stone in The Sunken City.
