Description[]
“ | The Dreamer dreamed on the cold gray hills,
The Seeker rode in the sun; They are parted by fire and death and time, But their lives cling and their souls twine Till the last of the day is done. For the Seeker dreams when the cold stars shine, And the Dreamer seeks for his soul in mine And dream and seeking must meet and twine 'Ere ever the day is done. |

~ Freya of the Aesir |
As the great snows recede and the days grow long, the Aesir feel the annual pull to set forth and raid their borderlands with fire and steel. The greatest glory comes from pillaging their red-bearded cousins to the west, the hated Vanir, but the gloomy Cimmerians to the south are worthy adversaries as well.
This helm was formed by a gifted young blacksmith, whose life was tragically cut short. Though his days were few, this helm stands as a testament to his love, life, and extraordinary craftsmanship.
