- In the Exiled Lands, this can be learned from the
Improved Climbing Boots Schematic, which can be obtained from The Mountaineer atop Fingerfang Rock for the cost of 1 Fragment of Power. - In the Isle of Siptah, this can be learned from delving Climbing Boots at the Delving Bench.
- Once learned, it is permanently unlocked. It is not lost when consuming a Potion of Natural Learning or resetting the feats with the Admin Panel.
- While the Reinforced Climbing Boots and Reinforced Climbing Gloves must be crafted at an Armorer's Bench, they require Epic Light Boots and Epic Light Gauntlets which must be crafted at the Improved Armorer's Bench.
