Pleasure Place of Derketo (Feat)

Description

Derketo teaches that when a person dies their unfulfilled desires manifest within their bodies. The worshippers of Derketo have created this tool for extracting that...remnant from those who die while under their ministrations.

Just don't look too closely at what it pulls out.

Notes

The primary usage of the Derketo's Kiss is the gathering of Sliver of the Unfulfilled. It only produces a single Sliver of the Unfulfilled when striking a dead human, no matter how many times the body is struck. For example, you can die yourself, come back to life, and strike your own body to receive the drop.
