Every time enemies are struck by weapons that have the Execution effect, they will be afflicted by a hidden debuff with a very short duration. If they are below 10% of their maximum health when this debuff is applied, it will immediately deal an additional 10,000 armor-ignoring damage, otherwise it has no effect.
This can be useful against most high-health enemies, as the effect can finish off anything with an original health of 100,000 or less in a single hit.
