Brutus' perks are set and will always be the same:
- Level 10 - Stop it! (+15 Strength)
Brutus gains additional damage as his lust for murder increases. - Level 15 - Let go! (+15 Strength)
Brutus has no intention of letting go. - Level 20 - Killer Dog (+15 Strength)
Perhaps you should give Brutus to a shelter. That way he would cause less havoc.
