Description[]
A Blood-Moon Beast is a creature in Conan Exiles on the Isle of Siptah and via a ritual on the Exiled Lands.
Location[]
A Blood-Moon Beast spawns in and during the Maelstrom as long as certain conditions are met. It also spawns on the top spire in The Fractured Citadel on the Isle of Dusk.
Can spawn in E11 after doing a certain amount of steps.
Combat[]
The Blood-Moon Beast has several attacks, most of them acid based. It will spit out a pool of black acid in front of it that heavily damages anyone in it. It also spits a yellow acid over a larger area, dealing damage as well. Next it has two melee attacks, a jab forward and a horizontal slice. Lastly, it also spawns two Doels periodically with 1000 HP each.
This makes fighting the Blood-Moon Beast in the Maelstrom a very difficult venture and not advised during solo play. Because you will have to deal with the additional leeches as well as the monsters that spawn from the Maelstrom. When fighting it in the Fractured Citadel, make sure you come prepared with a well-equipped and strong Thrall. Furthermore, kill all the monsters surrounding the Blood-Moon Beast before engaging the boss, as these monsters will attack you during the fight, making it much harder. The boss itself will not aggro unless you walk up its shrine. Focus on killing the leeches once they spawn, otherwise you will get overpowered by them as the fight will carry on a bit. Once dead, it will always drop 1
