- Sinner's Refuge - at a higher position in the first part of the cave.(he can actually spawn at any of the Fighter/Archer spawns inside the cave & at the entrance, true as of v2.8.1)
TeleportPlayer 5686 189268 -17393 - Prison cell on Siptah island- at least in the ruins northwest of the Flame of the East (N 10). He joins immediately as a follower
