Description[]
The Accursed Citadel is the capital settlement of the Accursed faction on the Isle of Siptah. It is located just north of The Tower.
Contains multiple sorcerers and a lot of various thralls of the Accursed faction in various numbers and small groups. Also contains several Yakith.
